Time to come to the Table

There are so many wonderful old tables out there. Last week Mayron and I happened to be in the right place at the right time. We bought a 10ft. long white harvest table. How great is that! It’s long but very narrow, so would, also, make a great console type table. We will use it at the show we are doing (see sidebar on coming events) in Ft. Worth. It is always great to have a long table for set up at a show….I’m excited!! But, because it is in my garage until we load (ugh!) the trailer I can’t get a pic of it. I’d have to open the garage door and stand in the driveway to take it. Problem #1 is it is pouring rain outside. Problem#2 is my garage is frightening!!
Once we get set up at the show, I will get a picture and post it.
In the meantime, I’m including some really nifty long harvest type tables. Do you have one? Do you love it’s versatility? There is just sooo much you can do with one.
Feast your eyes!

The sawhorse legs are a great touch.

Not always do they have to be used as a conventional table.

The contrast of the old wood table with sparkly white retro chairs is a fantastic look.

Use ‘em outside, too!

I love the long narrow table used on porch with cute barstools.

Not as long, but a great looking industrial table with metal legs and wood top, It would seat minimum six and probably eight.
It’s almost dinner time. Better go set the table.
Hope you get to enjoy a meal with family and/or friends.

I hate that I am going to miss your show. We’ll be in Bryan that weekend. I’m loving the white table with what looks like a beadboard top, or narrow planks, and the mix of white chairs. That would be my fav. ~Mindy

I love harvest tables
I wish we hadn’t bought the dining room set that we bought about 7 years ago — I would go with something SO different now. Most likely a beautiful rustic wood harvest table with soft comfy chairs.
All the tables you posted are great, but my favrourite is the table with the white retro chairs. Love that thick rustic wood

I’m crazy about harvest tables and, if I had my way, we’d build an addition off of our kitchen so that I could have one!! Believe me, I’ve begged and pleaded but hubby says “no”. What a party pooper!!
If I DID get my way I’d want a table like the one Vincent Wolf used… LOVE!
I know I’m over a week late, but I wanted to thank you for dropping by DesignTies and commenting on my “Patti’s Bathroom” renovation project post. You said that I must be very satisfied with the end results and you know… I am!!!
I hope your show is successful!
