This is the reason nothing has been posted for awhile!
Meet Ellee my 3yr old granddaughter. She has been with me since Thanksgiving. I just took her back to New Mexico this week. She’s a hoot to hang with, but keeps “old” Mops running.
This is one of the many things we did while she was here.
This is on the merry-go-round at the mall in Frisco. We are with my beautiful daughter-in-law and my youngest granddaughter Riley. And yes that little sprig on the top of Riley’s hair is actually a pigtail!
Oh and by the way, if you saw Mindy’s blog on Floor Decor, her place looks pristine compared to “design by Ellee”!
We do have some great pics to add of different friends in this business and will start on that later today! And for all of you who are having no success commenting. we are once again going to try to get that worked out. Don’t give up or at least e-mail us.
Thanks, m & m

And of course, we mean Mindy at Primitiques “n Poetry. Mayron and Mindy have been running the roads together in East Texas for several yrs. now. They are great friends and Mayron thinks the world of her. I don’t know her quite as well, since I don’t live near the 2 of them, but I do know why Mayron thinks so highly of her. She has a heart of gold and has been such a promoter of us. I’m always giving Mayron unusual and weird things to look for….in turn she passes these assignments on to Mindy!! AND, time after time, Mindy actually finds some of this stuff. She has a great eye and can actually figure out what I’m looking for after I pass it on to Mayron and she passes it on to Mindy!! Amazing!! and if you have ever been to anything we’ve done you’d know we are not exactly the “norm”. So, hats off to Mindy and her efforts. We love doing business with her. So, those of you who haven’t crossed paths with her yet or haven’t been on her blog, PLEASE, check her out. Here are some pics Mayron took at Primitiques.

We’ll be posting soon some pics from Judy’s and other friends, but I have had my 3yr old granddaughter here for awhile and somehow efficiency goes down the drain when it’s a contest between an adult and a 3yr old. She’s winning!!!

One of our favorite antique shops in McKinney is Vicki’s Homepieces. Vicki has a fantastic eye for merchandise. Her shop is long and skinny but big on very wonderful stuff. She is quite diversified in her selections from architectural to smalls to garden to lighting and mirrors and much, much more. It is definitely worth your time to stop by and visit our friend at Homepieces, 203-A E. Virginia, McKinney, Tx. Her store # is 972 542-6191. Tell her Marcie and Mayron sent you!
isn’t this a cool shelf?
beautiful mirror
great old leaded glass
lots to choose from
lots of jars
Like we say stop by this precious shop and see for yourself. You won’t be disappointed!
