As we gather with loved ones around the table filled with turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, pumpkin and pecan pie, and all the delectables that are our traditions, let us remember our humble beginnings and the men who shaped this country and the freedoms we enjoy. Let us not forget the sacrifices and lives given to maintain those freedoms over all this country’s years. Let us remember the men and women who won’t be home to celebrate this Thanksgiving, because they are putting their lives on the line to protect us from an enemy who would gladly take those freedoms from us. And let us bow our head in thanks to a creator who chose us to live in this great land whether we came from humble beginnings or prosperous beginnings. We have much to be thankful for. Enjoy your meal, enjoy your family and friends, and enjoy your day. Happy Thanksgiving!!

Mayron was out and about today and stopped in to see Mindy. She took a bunch of photos that we will begin posting next week. But this one we wanted to get up, so you all would get your invitation via the "blogesphere"! This was such a cute idea….yea Mindy!!
